Inexcusable Left Wing Vitriol

The favorite defense interposed to allegations that the Sarah Palins, Glenn Becks and Rush Limbaughs of the world consistently ramp up the vitriol and hate, to the point I mentioned in my last post, is that everyone on the left is doing the same thing. “So are you, but what am I?” For every “Don’t Retreat, Reload” and “Second Amendment Remedies” the right throws out, there are just as many left wing “Kill Righties” and “Burn Becks” out there too.

I’ve looked for the latter, to see if there is anything to this, and frankly, found nothing.

Oh, wait! I did find this extremely emotional, foaming-at-the-mouth challenge to Palin.

See? It’s not all right wing extremism.

  1. Well that’s just outrageous!

Actually, it’s very good. I think the right really don’t know how to respond to things like this. It’s much too calm and reasoned, and frankly how can they respond? Any reasoned response would mean abandoning their views, and therefore would cause them great humiliation.

  2. Promoting anti-government extremism is a business. Without it you are nothing, and you know it.

    Oooohhhhh! Dem’s figthin’ words!

We all know that there are extremists on both the left and the right of the political spectrum. The critical difference is that extremists on the left are on the fringes, the very edges, of the political mainstream – they are not sanctioned by the left’s movers and shakers. They’re not even sanctioned by most of the rank and file. When leftist extremists fuck up and do stupid shit, the left disowns and condemns them just as heartily as the right does. In contrast, the extremists on the right are not on the fringes. They’re nowhere near the edges. They are, in fact, frighteningly close to the centers of power and influence. Several of them now hold elected offices. Party leaders not only embrace and inspire – very intentionally – right-wing extremists, party leaders like Palin are them. The distinction is obvious to anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together, but, it’s too fine a distinction for the narcissistic, shallow, startlingly ignorant Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and their ilk to grasp.

  3. Anyone engaging in partisan politics, left or right, is a plaything of the Illuminati.

How’s that tin-foil hat business going for you, Giddy?

  4. “How’s that tin-foil hat business going for you, Giddy?”

Just fine. But, hey… I wouldn’t expect you to take my word for it. Why don’t you ask them?

Or, are they lying opportunists, too, like the majority of your leaders, now?

Either way, you’re still a bunch of sheep.

  5. Gideon’s link sez:

” “No one will enter the New World Order unless he or she will make a pledge to worship Lucifer. No one will enter the New Age unless he will take a Luciferian Initiation.” David Spangler, Director of Planetary Initiative, United Nations ”

Aside from the sheer paranoia of that statment. I think it is very safe to say that the this “New Age” is no where close to fulfillment. The breakout of pecentage of world population associated with religious identities is as follows:
    Christian 33%
    Islam 21%
Non-religious ( agnostics, atheists etc ) 16% ( we won the bronze medal, YAY! )
    Hindu 14%
    primal -indigenous 6%
    chinese traditional 6%
    Buddist 6%
    Judiusm .22%
    other approx 4%

Good ol’ Lucifer doesn’t even make the list

    • You’re a fool, Metcalfe. You deliberately ignore the facts before you, because, you’re too arrogant and self-assured to think that anything could be different than your preferred perception of reality. In the link I provide are the statements of men that dwarf you in intellect and wisdom that directly contradict your pompous speculations. It’s like you telling a Frenchman his Eiffel Tower doesn’t exist… but, then, that’s an infidel characteristic, purporting to know it all when in reality you know nothing.

Your ignorance veils the fact from you that Satan (Lucifer) is behind ALL religions not of the faith of Christ. The new age you claim doesn’t exist has been here for decades, right under your arrogant nose. In fact, it’s people like you that have ensured it’s continued successes up to now. The elitists count on the arrogant assumptions of pseudo-intellects like yourself to help them discredit those that try to keep the truth alive in a self-serving, egotistical society like this one.

I really hope that I’m around to see that arrogant smirk wiped off yours and others of your ilk’s faces when Satan makes his grand impersonation of Christ, (Revelation 13 & 20) purporting to deliver the world from calamities that it and he have visited upon it and themselves.

      It will be priceless!

      • Gideon sez:
“Your ignorance veils the fact from you that Satan (Lucifer) is behind ALL religions not of the faith of Christ.”

I find it funny that other religions say the same thing. Meaning Muslims say “Satan is behind ALL religions not of the faith of God” as do Jews and Hindu’s etc etc.

But more to your point, Lucifer has approximately a 7 – 3 advantage in spiritual troops over god / Jesus. Those are pretty good odds. I mean if I were Lucifer, I would come now to rake havoc on the world now.

          • And then we have TOG, one of Philly’s chief boot-licks and toadies…

So, how is it, these days, TOG? Still finding ways to redefine stupid? You must have them all covered by now, eh?

            • Hey Giddy, I’m trying to stat out your god for a D&D game… how many hit points would you say he has, and what level is he?

Same for Jesus. Cause based on what it says in the Bible, he was a level 5 cleric or so… enough to get Raise Dead, Create Food & Drink, and Water Walk. Just goes to show you what passes for a deity in a low-magic campaign…

    • I read your comment and thought, “to the loons, anything other than their brand of faith would equal Lucifer” and here one already said just that. Too funny!

      • “… and here one already said just that. Too funny!”

Yeah, well, when it comes to spotting loons, leave it to the head loon to excel in that department, eh, Chief? Which is what you are, because, you ignore the plain facts. Whatever you do, don’t read anything I link to, you don’t want to educate yourself or anything silly like that. Better to remain ignorant but proficient in spreading bullshit Darwinist propaganda that even children find laughable.

Metcalfe, you’re ignorance is boundless. You actually think a pipsqueak like Satan could do anything to God? 😆

Anyway, all other religions do not have a risen Savior, they have dead prophets that promote only self-worship and aggrandizement, which does not in any way match the selfless, self-abnegating system that God employs in His rule over the universe. Their prophecies are worthless, their theologies decidedly tainted with pagan philosophies emphasizing what it is that man must do to justify himself before their deities. Christianity is unique in that it promotes the concept that man cannot justify himself nor do anything through his own works to appease God or the moral law he transgressed.

There is only ONE true faith. If Christ isn’t in it, then it’s bogus. End of story.

        • You actually think a pipsqueak like Satan could do anything to God?

How about the reverse? If Satan is such a “pipsqueak ” compared to god, why doesn’t god simply smite him?

          • “If Satan is such a “pipsqueak ” compared to god, why doesn’t god simply smite him?”

Uhhhh… yeah. Well… do you ever read anything other than legal dictionaries and books on how to maximize returns on divorce settlements?

            Things like this? (Ezekiel 28:12-19)

Whereas, the “King of Tyre” represents Satan, figuratively. He is “brought to ashes” in sight of everyone. This qualifies what Revelation later states, describing in more vivid detail Satan’s destruction along with that of the impenitent.

So, don’t worry. It’s coming. Believe me, it will be all too soon enough for all concerned.

            • But..but..why do we have to wait 2000 years?

Hell, you seem to be as close to Satan as anything I could imagine, and if god would just do what he’s promised to do, we could be rid of you.

  6. “… and if god would just do what he’s promised to do, we could be rid of you.”

Those words will come back to haunt you, one day, John. Ironic how one never seems to know the day of their visitation, isn’t it? Yours is now and you know it not. The same goes for many of the other infidels.

God has many instruments He employs in reaching out to the lost. Just imagine if I were the one He picked out for you… would it really matter when the stakes are as high as they are? Think about that.

Think about that while you have the luxury of time with which to do it.

  7. OK just want to be clear

    Gideon sez:
” Your ignorance veils the fact from you that Satan (Lucifer) is behind ALL religions not of the faith of Christ. The new age you claim doesn’t exist has been here for decades, right under your arrogant nose”

    so Metcalfe sez:
” But more to your point, Lucifer has approximately a 7 – 3 advantage in spiritual troops over god / Jesus.”

    Gideon counters:
*** Note *** Not sure what the smiley means … usually that means that the poster is just joking … but I’ll go under the assumption here that statement below is serious
” Metcalfe, you’re ignorance is boundless. You actually think a pipsqueak like Satan could do anything to God? ”

So … even though Lucifer has a 7 – 3 advantage, that ‘7’ is not as powerful as god’s ‘3’. So that would mean that the ‘New Age’ ISN’T here. Or at minimum not nearly the theory/ philosophy/ economic plan that should be a concern. ‘New Age-ism’ is a pipsqueak. Right?

    • You do realize that the application of logic is lost to Gideon, don’t you? He’ll shrug it off like a well worn overcoat.

    • What’s this 7-3 thing? Are you talking hit points, saving throws, or some other stat? It’s been a LONG time since I played any D&D. Have they updated the Deities and Demigods handbook to include Yahweh and Satan?

      • I think he’s referring to his comment upstream where he lays out the percentages of Christians vis’ a vis’ the rest of the world. Only 33%.

        • Ah, so then like in Clash of The Titans where the gods’ power is dependent upon the praise and worship of mortals? Then I could see how a 7 isn’t as strong as a 3 IF not-Yahweh = Lucifer because the praise is all muddled by naming Vishnu or Wakantanka, whereas the Christians are more focused. However, that’s assuming Vishnu or Wakantanka aren’t real. If they are, then individually they may not be as strong as Yahweh but if they banded together they could take him out. That was the mistake hades made in Clash of The Titans. He should have gotten some of the other Olympians on his side to take on Zeus rather than try to do it all himself.

  8. “Just goes to show you what passes for a deity in a low-magic campaign…”

Well, TOG/Boot-lick, you forgot to rate His ability for frying infidel ass in judgment, an event I’m sure you’ll have a real close and personal part in… you and your boyfriend, Philly. If you think you have a game now, just wait! Make sure, too, you hold up one of those cute little airport pick-me-up-type signs (preferably fire-retardant) that says “Boot-lick” or “Toady” so I’ll know it’s you, ’cause it’s hard picking out distinguishing features (like a pointed head or sloping brow) between charred corpses and there’ll be so many of them. Philly, on the other hand, won’t be hard to pick out, he’ll be the one taking up two slots instead of one.

Yeah, it’ll be a hot time in the old town for some of us, alright. Maybe you could call it W&M – “Wieners & Marshmallows”? It ought to be a big hit in a few years time… as long as you’re not cast in a feature role in it, of course. A lot like when the pagans in Rome used to use Christians for outdoor lighting at their many garden parties.

    Payback’s gonna be a bitch.

    😉

  9. Oh, and more in line with the topic posted, here’s some wisdom from one of your own… not that you’ll learn anything from it, naturally…

    (From a YouTube posting)

“Read the comments on this video. Left hates right, right hates left, the middle is at Walmart. It’s pretty sad to see what a once great nation of citizens has become. Enjoy the memories of the accomplishments of your fathers, it’s all you’ll have in the end. But at least you aren’t that asshole on the other side of the fence. The sad thing is, the right think Glenn beck is the messiah, the left thinks he is the anti-Christ, when all the while Glenn Beck doesn’t believe anything he says. Drink up”

Yep. You can lead a horse to water… hell, you can’t even get the bastard out of the barn, anymore!
