You didn’t get mad when the Supreme Court stopped a legal recount and appointed a President.
You didn’t get mad when Cheney allowed Energy company officials to dictate energy policy, or when his previous employer received huge no-bid contracts.
You didn’t get mad when a covert CIA operative got outed, and a minor underling took the fall for the President and Vice President.
You didn’t get mad when the Patriot Act got passed.
You didn’t get mad when our President invaded a country that posed no threat to us, and then lied to the country about it.
You didn’t get mad when we spent over 600 billion (and counting) on a seriously questionable war.
You didn’t get mad when over 10 billion dollars just {poof} disappeared in Iraq.
You didn’t get mad when you saw the Abu Grahib photos (remember the guy on the dog leash?).
You didn’t get mad when you found out we were torturing people as a matter of national policy.
You didn’t get mad when the national debt doubled under the previous President from $5.674 trillion to $10.024 trillion.
You didn’t get mad when the government was found to be illegally wiretapping Americans and the President lied about it.
You didn’t get mad when we didn’t catch Bin Laden in Tora Bora, despite promises to get him “Dead or Alive”.
You didn’t get mad when you saw the horrible conditions at Walter Reed, or the way we treated our returning veterans.
You didn’t get mad when you saw the schools stop educating your children in order to prepare them for life, instead preparing them for “No Child Left Behind” tests.
You didn’t get mad when you saw all of your neighbors’ homes foreclosed on, with yours not far behind.
You didn’t get mad when your 401 (K) value was cut in half because of bank and insurance company shenanigans.
You didn’t get mad when you found out Bush and Cheney knowingly sent innocent men to Gitmo for political reasons. And sent us the bill.
You finally got mad when.. when… wait for it……………
When the government decided that all people in America deserved the right to see a doctor if they are sick!
Yes! Illegal wars, lies, corruption, torture, stealing your tax dollars to make the rich richer, dumbing down your kids, losing your homes and retirement, are all OK with you, but helping other Americans… well that makes you mad!
Where were you angry tea dippers before the “Health Care Bill”?

[EDIT] And those angry tea baggers even fly on planes!
Nice post, but the problem is that this “You didn’t get mad stuff” is pointless. Don’t you get it yet? Republicans don’t care that they’re hypocrites.
Pointless? Yes. Brain cleansing for me? Yes again.
And those Tea-Dipsticks aren’t necessarily all Republicans. Lots of Libertarians, and even a few Dems in there. There has to be someone among them who understands the definition of the word “hypocrisy”. Or even “priority”.
It’s still a great ‘lest we forget’ delineation of the problem – a problem all it’s own.
Thanks, and I just wish everybody could see it.
I think I get the tea bagger objections to government aid, be it Welfare, Social Security, educational grants and loans, and of course healthcare. They don’t want their money going to them. Now depending on what flavor of tea bag you are, your them may vary, but this is what they can’t stand. Big government, socialism, state’s rights, those are all smokescreens. It all comes down to not wanting their money going to them.
As for your list, well I think these would be their answers:
The SC stopping the recount fucked them, so it was ok.
They didn’t know or care about Cheney’s shit.
The CIA operative was one of them and the ends justify the means when getting them.
The Patriot Act protects us from them.
Ends justify the means when getting them.
Which is why we can’t afford to be giving money to them.
That was never covered on Fox, so it didn’t happen.
Ends justify the means when getting them.
Ends justify the means when getting them.
Which is why we can’t afford to be giving money to them.
Ends justify the means when getting them.
That wouldn’t have been a problem if Clinton had killed him when he had the chance.
That was a result of years of Dems cutting military spending, because they hate our troops and hate America.
Edookashun is ovr8ed, and all any1 needs to reed is one book anyway, The Good Book.
God blesses the worthy, and punishes those who lack faith.
That wouldn’t have happened if they were right with the Lord. That’s what they need, not government regulations.
They must have been guilty of something, and the ends justify the means when getting them.
The people who object to government involvement in health care didn’t seem to have a problem when the Republicans in Congress and the Bush administration involved themselves in the Terri Schiavo case.
That’s because that was a specific, Christian inspired case.
Yes. Congress was doing god’s work, doncha know.
But it’s not Congress’s job to take from the ric …err….middle class… and give to the poor.
That’s the Christian objection, and I’ve seen plenty of scripture quoting to try and back that up. They’ll say charity can’t be compelled and that it has to be freely given, but again, that’s a smokescreen. What they want to do is just give money to their own kind, assuming they really intend to give any of their money to anyone. The flip side of that is they don’t want to lessen the penalties of sin, and naturally those who are poor and need help are there by their own accord due to being lazy sinners, so they can’t get government aid or else they’ll continue on that path.
Nevermind that most recipients would classify themselves as Christians.

Thanks for this. I’ve been hoping to find a list like this for a long time. I wish I’d found it earlier – I’d have done a video – which I still may (with credit) if you don’t mind. I’ve got over half a million YouTube views on my various stuff.. This is so true and SOOO pathetic.
S’okay, but I stole it from somewhere else, and only modified it a bit.
Nice work sir!
