I nice way to start off the new school season is with some educamational humanist essays, right? Where else to look but the seventh iteration of The Humanist Symposium. You can click on the banner over there, if the link here is hard to find.

While I’m at it, and to really keep you reading for weeks to come, check out the 74th Carnival of the Godless over at Atheist FAQ. Quite a clever theme, there.

  2. Yea. Not much I can do about it as it scrolls down. Just pretend it’s pointing at the banner. :)

  3. I can’t. I’m obsessing on it. I keep clicking on “I’ll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today”. I guess the good news is that it will move down on your next post and I’ll be clicking on myself under “recent comments”. I can never get enough of ME, for some reason. Do you think I’m narcissistic?

  6. But a better question would be – John, how many times do you re-read posts that you have already written?

    uh….

  7. Hmmm. I re-read mine sometimes, but mostly when I get a comment about one, and I want to see how the comment meshes with what I wrote. It has nothing to do with vanity, it has more to do with my inability to remember what I wrote precisely.

    Comes with age.
